How this was read

Structure from the two-part MFBM org chart (2025-04). MFBM publishes no officials directory and its citizen’s charter lists offices without names, so every name comes from an MFBM news post (mfbm.bangsamoro.gov.ph), with that post’s date. Doubtful: Deputy Minister Abdullah M. Cusain is last named in MFBM posts in 2025-02, and the OCM Key Officials page (2026-06) lists him under the Office of the Senior Minister, so the MFBM deputy post may have changed. Farrel/Farrell Hazsan E. Usman is "BFO Director" on 2026-07-27 and FPDD chief on 2026-01-20; Atty. Hanamir N. Emblawa is BRO OIC (2026) and was RPDD chief on 2025-12-25; Alameda Hajim M. Andong was OIC of the BFO on 2026-05-12. The LLLD had Atty. Rasul Salik as chief on 2025-12-25 and Atty. Naferteri M. Kuit as OIC on 2026-05-12 (the newer one is used). Treasurer’s surname appears as both "Dimaraw" and "Dimaraw-Macacua". BFO chart says "Strategies, Economics and Results Division"; BFO page cites BAA 13 as "Strategy, Economics, and Results Division".
