How this was read

BAGO's own site has an 'Organizational Structure' page with no chart and an empty Citizen's Charter page, so divisions are from the OCM 2023 charter, which matches BAA 13 Sec. 17 (the law abbreviates Intergovernmental Relations as 'IRD'). The charter lists the AFD and IGRD at Alnor Building extension offices; it once calls the AFD the 'Administrative and Finance Office'. The website pages are undated; the Assistant AG page says he was OIC Attorney General from 16 September 2024. The Legislative Liaison Network that BAGO chairs is not a BAGO unit, so it is not listed.
