How this was read

The transition report (an image-only PDF on the MPOS site, OCR'd) describes only the two operating services and their four divisions. The Minister's name is read from the signature block of his message (p. 4). Support sections and the Administrative and Finance Division are from BAA 13. The Director General was last named in December 2025, before the change of administration. No Deputy Minister was found in official sources.
