How this was read

Names are read from the portrait cards on the Key Officials page, which has no text. The page also shows staff (Attorney IV, Planning Officer IV, Administrative Officer V, accountant, cashier, records officer) with no unit, so they are not listed. Provincial work runs through each provincial commissioner's office ('Office of the Commissioner for Tawi-Tawi'). 2026 releases spell two commissioners differently: Tawi-Tawi 'Ranisa J. Ejinnajar' and Basilan 'Faiza Taalil'. No Maguindanao commissioner card is shown. No charter was found.
