How this was read

MBHTE has no citizen’s charter on file and its own site (mbhte.bangsamoro.gov.ph) returns a Cloudflare challenge; the Key Officials page was read from a Wayback snapshot (2025-05-03), which still shows Mohagher M. Iqbal as Minister and Haron S. Meling as Deputy Minister and prints "Director-General for Basic Education" twice (Abdullah P. Salik, Jr. and Marjuni M. Maddi) with no Higher Education entry. Current names are taken from 2026 BIO releases on bangsamoro.gov.ph. Divisions, bureaus and field offices are from BAA 13 (source_kind law; the Bangsamoro Education Code may have since restructured them; not checked). BAA 13 lists Sulu among the division and provincial offices; Sulu is no longer part of BARMM.
