How this was read

The BPA website is in maintenance mode, and its Key Officials and Organizational Structure pages are empty through the WordPress API. The media library does hold 2026-08 portraits named Deputy_ED, chief_operations, chief_endowment and admin_cao, which match the BAA 13 divisions, but they carry no names. Units are therefore from BAA 13. The Executive Director, sworn in 2026-05, is called 'Sheikh Ibrahim Ali' in some releases. The Operations Division chief is from 2024-12 and may be stale.
