How this was read

BIO has no website or charter of its own (bio.bangsamoro.gov.ph does not resolve), so units are from BAA 13. A 2026-01 release names a 'BIO Chief Administrative Officer'; he is placed at the Administrative Section, the only administrative unit the law creates. No Deputy Executive Director was found in official releases.
