How this was read

Structure from the organization chart in the 2024 annual report (the BHRC site's own chart page has a broken gallery). On the chart, Commissioner II, the Secretariat's Director II and the Human Rights Protection Attorney V are unfilled, and the Policy and Advisory Division and the Maguindanao del Sur office are budget proposals for 2025. Provincial heads come from the directors' signed messages in the same report. These differ from the chart in places: the chart shows the Sulu director's post unfilled and lists Atty. Hassanal Hassan Abdurahim (a 2025 proposed post) for Tawi-Tawi. Section staff shown on the chart are not taken as section heads. All of this reflects 2024, and the Chairperson is still Kalim in 2026 releases.
