How this was read

Hierarchy and section names read from the low-resolution (735x272) Canva preview of the org chart embedded on the Organizational Structure page; division names and all names/titles are copied from the Officials and District Engineers pages. Two further sections under the Maintenance Division are too small to read in the preview and are omitted. The Officials page lists division chiefs under a "Division Chiefs" heading without position titles (title given as "Division Chief"); the Legal & Legislative Liaison Office head is listed there too, so his title is left null. Tarhata P. Kalim is listed as both Construction Division chief and Acting District Engineer of Cotabato City. The chart does not show where the District Engineering Offices attach; they are listed at the top level. "AJAN S. AJIJUL" had a trailing zero-width space on the site, removed. Sulu DEOs are still listed although Sulu is no longer part of BARMM. No citizen’s charter on file.
