How this was read

MIPA's website (mipa.bangsamoro.gov.ph) is a new, empty install (July 2026), and no charter was found, so all units are from BAA 13. The Indigenous Peoples Rights Act (BAA 64, 2024), which strengthens MIPA, may have changed the structure; it is a scanned act and was not checked. Heads come from releases. Ministers changed in 2025 (Melanio Ulama, then Guiamal Abdulrahman), so older heads may be stale: the Ancestral Domains Division chief is from 2024-10, and a 2026-10 release calls Benito Algan Jr. 'Ancestral Domain Division Section Head'. Director General Judith Tinio (2024-01) and 'Director Michael Garrigues' (2025-07, unit not given) are left out.
