How this was read

Names are from the Key Officials page, which lists each unit with its head but prints no position titles; titles given are the position the 2021 org chart prints for that office (e.g. Director III) and are null where it prints none. The Key Officials page lists Abdullah M. Cusain under a second "Office of the Senior Minister" card; the org chart has a Senior Minister and an Assistant Senior Minister, so he is likely the Assistant Senior Minister (unconfirmed; an MFBM post of 2024-10-02 calls him "former BARMM’s Assistant Senior Minister" on his appointment as MFBM Deputy Minister). Information and Communications Office and Protocol Division cards carry no name. Protocol Division is placed under the Office of the Chief of Staff because the charter’s OCOS service (p.24) routes to it; the Key Officials page has a "Chief - Protocol Division" card with no name. The charter (2023) prints no directory of officials; its PDF page numbers are cited for units it alone names (BAGO divisions, BLOMM services, programs).

Heads, numbers and emails as the offices' own pages and documents published them, each with its source and date. An email is listed only where an official page shows it as text; many sites hide theirs from automated readers. The elected Parliament takes office on 30 October 2026, and the Chief Minister and the cabinet may change with it. Confirm a number before you rely on it.
