How this was read

Tree rebuilt from the data-reports-to attribute on each card of the MAFAR Organizational Structure page; names, positions and office names copied as printed. The page and directory are undated; the photos were uploaded in 2025-08, so as_of is the upload month. The Bangsamoro Agrarian Reform Adjudication Board Secretariat appears under the Agrarian Reform Services DG in the tree, while BAA 13 Sec. 12 places the Board itself under the Office of the Minister. The charter (44 pages) has no directory or organizational chart. The provincial/municipal offices are from BAA 13 only; the site names no provincial agriculture officers. Tong A. Abas (RDES) and Tong D. Pinguiaman (Agrarian Reform Support) are different people.

An email is listed only where an official page shows it as text; many sites hide theirs from automated readers.
