How this was read

The chart shows all staff. Sections are left without heads, because the chart marks no section chief (the 'Senior CDS' staff are the most senior in the CDD sections). The focal-person groups (Lanao del Sur, Marawi City, Maguindanao del Sur and del Norte, SGA, Basilan, Tawi-Tawi focal persons) stand in for field offices. The Legal Section's Attorney III post is blank on the 2026-04 chart, but the 2026-03 Key Officials page names Atty. Abdulgaffar Abaton Abdullah. On Key Officials, Pangandaman is titled 'Chief Community Dev't. Officer'. The citizen's charter is an image of frontline services only.
