Structure from the MSSD Organizational Structure charts (main chart plus per-division charts, which give the sections); names and titles copied as printed (all caps) from the Directory of Officials. Division chiefs are listed under a "Division Chiefs" heading with only the division name, so their title is given as "Division Chief". The chart shows PSWO Sulu and a single PSWO Maguindanao; the directory has no Sulu PSWO and splits Maguindanao del Norte/del Sur. The coordinating and satellite offices and the 4Ps/SLP regional coordinators appear only in the directory; their placement (under Provincial and City Operations Service / Specialized Programs Division) is inferred. No head is listed for the Provincial and City Operations Service. A 2026-08-06 BIO release spells the Programs and Operations director "Hashim Guiamil".
