How this was read

Unit names are copied as the site prints them, typos included ('ADMNISTRATIVE', 'SECTIOIN'). The personnel page lists staff under each unit without marking heads. Division heads are the first and most senior person listed (the Coordination and Support Services head is a Community Affairs Officer V, not a titled chief); sections are left without heads. Robert M. Alonto's office is listed as both his commissioner seat and the Office of the Chairperson. Salem Y. Lingasa's portrait file is still named 'Chairperson'; he was the previous chair. No provincial offices are listed.
