How this was read

Structure from the undated MOST organizational chart (its provincial offices still include a 'North Cotabato Geographical Area' office), with the provincial centres named as in the 2023 citizen's charter, which adds Special Geographic Areas. The charter has no directory of officials. Heads come from BARMM releases. Doubtful: Nasrodin Buisan is called TMOS Director (2024-07, 2025-07) and also 'Director II for R&D Services' (2025-06), so he may hold one post as OIC. The Advanced S&T Division head is a designate. The Director General, Abdulrakman Asim, is also named Interim Campus Director of the Bangsamoro Science High School.
