How this was read

The Wali site's 'Functional Organogram Chart' page has only a legend in its stored content (the chart is not in the page), and the site now shows an 'under construction' page, so divisions are from BAA 13. The citizen's charter images in its media library are banners with no text. The profile page also lists former Wali Sheikh Khalipha Usman Nando (2019-Feb 2023) and Officer-in-Charge Omarkhalid A. Ampatuan (March 2023).
