How this was read

SGADA has no website or charter. Its composition (Board, Administrator assisted by a Director II, eight Area Coordinators) is from BAA 13; the eight area coordinators were set before the SGA was organized into eight municipalities in 2023. 'Operations' is named only by the release title 'Chief of Operations' (shown as OIC-chief of operations in 2025-08). It sits under the Ministry of the Interior and Local Government.
