No Citizen’s Charter published
Every government office must publish a Citizen’s Charter: each service it gives, what to bring, what it costs and how long it takes. We could not find one from the Bangsamoro Youth Commission online, so its services are not listed here until it does. Ask the office directly, or tell us where its charter is.
It held a workshop on drafting its Citizen’s Charter in October 2025; none is published yet. See it

Its programs as the 2026 General Appropriations Act names them. These are what it is paid to do, not services you can apply for.
